Dialectica– career partner of PLG Disrupt Summit 2021 – is looking for an experienced Front-End Software Engineer that can take a lead role with our team of engineers who hold varying levels of seniority. The technology team designs and engineers complex proprietary software that automates and optimizes the delivery of our market leading services.

You can expect to be given the time and space to research, experiment and come up with elegant solutions. You are then expected to be a mentor to the team and inspire and support them in embracing such solutions.

Requirements
✔️6+ years experience in building Web Applications that are robust, maintainable and scalable
✔️Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks (preferably React, Ember, or others)
✔️Experience with GraphQL would be considered a plus
✔️Experienced with automation testing techniques and tools
✔️A broad knowledge of the web platform as a whole (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, HTTP/S, web performance, web security)
✔️Deep understanding of software architecture and software development life cycle
✔️Knowledge of Git
✔️Great communication skills and evidence of successful collaboration in a team
Fluency in English
